Two complementary flying cut-to-length lines let us select a route around the grade, dimensions, surface and flatness requirements. Coil verification, first-sheet approval and final pack checks stay connected to the work order.

Published ranges describe individual processing routes, not every possible size and grade combination. Availability, tolerances and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each order.
Verify the incoming coil
Check coil identity, grade, dimensions and surface before the selected route starts.
Level and cut
Select the levelling setup and approve the first sheet against order requirements.
Inspect and protect
Repeat dimensional and surface checks, then interleave, mark and pack the sheets.
