PROCESSING
Precision slitting
Three complementary lines. One coordinated plan for width, edge and winding.
THE PROCESS BEHIND YOUR ORDER
Reviewed. Controlled.
Prepared for your application.
Wide-coil production and precision narrow strip need different line setups. We review grade, strength, incoming shape, strip width and winding requirements before selecting tooling and the processing route.
Capability overview
| Line 1 / wide-coil route | Thickness 0.3–4.0 mm; incoming width 300–1,600 mm |
| Line 2 / volume route | Thickness 0.3–3.0 mm; incoming width 500–1,600 mm |
| Line 3 / narrow-strip route | Thickness 0.2–1.5 mm; incoming width 80–650 mm |
| Precision width capability | From 12 mm and up to ±0.03 mm, subject to review |
| Quality considerations | Burr, camber, sidewalls, surface and recoiling geometry |
Published ranges describe individual processing routes, not every possible size and grade combination. Availability, tolerances and acceptance criteria are confirmed for each order.
Match the line to the order
Review incoming material, strip dimensions, finished inside diameter and coil weight.
Control the edge and surface
Coordinate knife clearance, tension, film and interleaving throughout the run.
Check the finished strip
Review width, edges and winding quality before identification and export packing.
