Multi-head grinding and backside sanding are coordinated with cleaning, drying, protective film and recoiling. Approved appearance samples guide the finish, because grain descriptions alone do not define the final surface.

Agree the finish
Review the application and approved physical sample, including grain and surface expectations.
Control the grinding route
Coordinate abrasive grit, pressure, line speed, belt condition and active heads.
Clean, protect and recoil
Clean and dry the surface, apply the specified protection and check the finished coil.
