JILIJIA coil grinding line
Continuous coil finishing brings abrasive processing, backside sanding, surface protection and controlled recoiling into one route. Finish selection starts with the required appearance and an approved sample, supported by automatic strip guidance and coil centring.
Automatic strip guidance
Automatic uncoiler correction and EPC centring at the recoiler help keep the strip aligned and the finished coil orderly.
Controlled winding start
An automatic threading and wrapping device supports tape-free winding and helps prevent transverse starting creases on material below 2.0 mm thick.
Finish protection
Protective film can be applied to the top surface or both surfaces. Paper interleaving, over-wind and under-wind recoiling can be configured for the order.

The thin-gauge finished-coil weight limit still requires review; the extended range does not imply a higher finished-coil weight.
