What is the minimum order quantity? Can I request a trial order?
The minimum order quantity for stock material is 1 kg. Processing orders generally start from 100 kg, depending on the product and processing requirements. Tell us your trial quantity, grade and finished size so we can confirm the suitable supply route. A published dimensional range does not mean that every size is held in stock.
Can I request a sample before placing an order?
Include the intended test, grade, thickness, finish and sample size in your inquiry. We will confirm sample availability, preparation time, sample charges and freight before dispatch. Sample charges and freight costs are not credited against a subsequent bulk order.
What are the usual dispatch lead times?
Typical dispatch preparation is 1 day for available stock supplied without further processing, 7 days for stock requiring processing, and 30–50 days for mill orders, depending on the product. Timing is confirmed after the order details, material availability and required payment are agreed. These are dispatch preparation periods; international shipping and delivery to your destination take additional time.
What payment terms apply?
Standard payment terms are 30% T/T in advance, with the balance paid before shipment. Sight letters of credit or other payment arrangements may be accepted for selected countries, subject to review and agreement for each order. The quotation and pro forma invoice confirm the accepted terms.
What information do I need for a first inquiry?
Start with the product or application, an approximate quantity and your destination. Add the grade, size, finish and required date if known, or attach a specification. If you are unsure of the standard or grade, describe how the material will be used and we can clarify the purchasing requirements with you.
Can material supply and processing be included in one quotation?
Yes. Material supply, cut-to-length processing, slitting, surface finishing and export packing can be reviewed together. Specify any edge condition, protective film, coil inside diameter, coil weight or inspection documents needed for your production process.
Does a listed range guarantee every size and grade combination?
No. Supply and processing ranges apply to the identified product and production route. We confirm the combination of grade, delivery condition, dimensions, finish, tolerances and acceptance requirements for the actual order.
