Sheye Metal’s October Birthday Celebration: Every Colleague Matters

Our October 2026 employee birthday celebration brought that care into view. Colleagues stood together for a photograph, some still wearing work uniforms and safety helmets. Others smiled as they collected their cakes and gifts. It was a simple occasion, with a message that matters to us: every colleague deserves to feel remembered.

One team, the same care

Sheye Metal has more than 170 employees. Every month, we celebrate colleagues whose birthdays fall in that month. The birthday benefit is open to everyone, whether they work on the production floor or in the office.

Different jobs bring different responsibilities, but they do not change the care a person receives. The people operating our equipment and the people supporting orders and daily business are all part of the same team.
