Include S32001 and the required product standard in the purchasing specification so the material can be reviewed against the correct designation. Where a project uses a Chinese or European designation, provide that reference as well and agree the certification required for the actual supply.
Plan coil or coil-cut supply
The offered route has a NO.1 or 1D surface basis. Specify coil thickness and width, then explain whether the material will be processed at your plant or supplied as plates cut from coil. A cut plate inquiry should define the delivered length and flatness requirements alongside the starting material specification.
State receiving requirements
For coil delivery, provide inside diameter, maximum coil weight and winding orientation, together with quantity and any edge requirements. Identify the inspection documents and supplementary acceptance criteria needed by your customer or production team. Confirm the dimension combination, material identification and packaging before purchase so the quotation reflects the form that your facility will receive.
